With the recent ROWING successes at the Munich World Cup
Coleraine’s three greatest Olympic hopes have all expressed great support
for the forth coming River Fest. All three Olympians started their rowing careers
on exactly the same stretch of water that Bann will use to host the 2008 rowing events.
With 6 different clubs participating, over a range of boats from single sculls to big
racing eights, and rowers including ladies, aged from 13 to 63 the rowing events will have
a great appeal appeal to all the family. Expect some serious competition and why not
participate yourself on the 1 minute ergometer challenge ?
